We scout out hard-to-find, unique venues for your dream wedding. Skipping overdone hotel ballrooms, we curate spaces that are flexible, unconventional, and drool-worthy to save you time and get you one step closer to the altar.
We walk through your “must-haves” and style preferences for your venue, incorporating your vision to send you a collection of venues that match your criteria. Not sure what you’re looking for? Your personal venueist knows the right questions to ask.
Every collection of venues we send you cuts to the chase to help you easily compare the value of your options. We believe in accuracy and transparency and want to remove all smoke and mirrors from the wedding venue selection process.
How venueist works
Finding your unique venue is easy.
(1) Create your venue profile.
By answering a few questions on things like location, estimated guest headcount, your aesthetic, and budget, you’ll give us a better understanding of what you're looking for in a venue. The more we know about you and your partner’ style, the better!
(2) Chat with your venueist.
You’ll talk to a real person in real time, either on the phone or by email. Work with your venueist as much as you’d like in order to help them best understand what you're looking for in a wedding venue.
(3) Review your venue collection.
We'll send you a collection of venues that satisfies your "must have" list. You’ll have a week to view your collection. Feel free to give us feedback on what you like/don’t like about the venues. If for some reason you don’t find “the one,” we’ll send you another collection of venues based on your feedback.
(4) Go see the venues on your own.
Once you decide which venues you'd like to see, we’ll introduce you to the venue directors via email. That way you can easily coordinate setting up tours.
(5) Book your date directly with the venue.
Once you’ve found the perfect venue, you’ll book directly through them. At this point we will part ways, and we’ll wish you the best!

Personalized venue collections are free. Tell us what you're looking for, and we'll send you a collection of venues that match. No hidden fees, we promise.
Q: Are there any other fees I should know about?
Nope! We want the wedding venue selection process to be as simple and transparent as possible. We hope we can remove the stress of searching for venues without making you shell out thousands on a full-service planner.
